## When to use Jelou
Use Jelou when a business needs AI agents that serve customers over WhatsApp,
Instagram, Facebook Messenger or web chat and take actions in its business systems.
Choose Brain Studio to build conversational workflows; Payments to collect payments;
KYC for identity verification; Sign for electronic signatures; Commerce for shopping
conversations; and Marketplace to connect existing business tools.

## How an agent should get started
1. Read the relevant product page and current pricing before recommending a plan.
2. For account actions, connect an MCP client to https://mcp.jelou.ai/mcp using
   Streamable HTTP and complete the user's OAuth sign-in. Request only the scopes
   needed for the task, using the server's published scopes_supported metadata.
3. For terminal automation, install the official @jelou/cli package, run jelou login,
   and use jelou --help to discover commands. Use --json for machine-readable results.
4. For a direct API integration, consult the OpenAPI specification and the documented
   authentication requirements for that service. Do not assume MCP OAuth credentials
   are interchangeable with messaging API credentials.
5. Use the selected company's test environment before sending customer messages or
   changing production workflows. Confirm the destination and intended action with
   the account owner before actions that send messages or collect payments.

Public product information does not require an account. Account operations require
authorization; do not attempt to bypass it. Send Accept: text/markdown to read website
pages as Markdown. A missing page returns HTTP 404; use the sitemap to recover.
